Puma Telecommunications is a group of engineers with a passion for service and absolutely love what they do and how they do it. We are a team that works together to provide service and solutions to our customers using a personal approach.

Our clients enjoy named engineering resources at Puma that know their business inside and out which eliminates “the ticket game”. This assures our clients that they have contacts, day or night, that can be reached when there is an issue that they feel needs special attention. We feel this “Full Stack” approach to service is what sets us apart.

Our costs vary based on the size of the organization but can easily be calculated by $100 per user per month. We will look at every client on a case by case basis and come up with a program that works for everyone. Our goal is not to sign up every potential customer, but to identify target clients that are a perfect fit.

At Puma we approach everything with a Compliance first mentality. No matter how simple the task, we make sure that whatever steps we or your employees take, it ensures the safety and integrity of your data.

Puma CyberWorks is our Cyber Security Framework. It is a suite of tools and processes that ensure your organization is fully protected against the growing threats we face on a day to day. Using these technologies and policies, we can ensure that if there is a breach of data, your organization will be able to defend its integrity.

We can provide several options when it comes to working with IT Employees. We can keep them as on-site resources reporting directly to us, hire them directly or replace with our own team.

EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER is a reference for us! All our clients love us and we will gladly give you contact information for any of them. Most MSP’s will cherry pick clients who they think are happy at the time, with us, that’s everyone!

Contracting with Puma is simple and easy! We have a no-cause termination feature where at any time, you can end your agreement with us no questions asked! Most MSP’s have multi-year agreements that have a curing period tied with another multi-year auto renew clause. At Puma, there is no need to tie up a customer, we know you’ll want to stay!
